Partnering with us
The Boost programme is brought to you by Gloucestershire Constabulary and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gloucestershire.
It has been designed and developed in partnership with young people, schools and representatives from every sector and as we move forward we are already seeing a need to create variations of the programme to meet specific needs and we are looking for partners to help us do that as well as partners to support the core programme. There are a number of ways you can partner with us including:
- Inviting us to deliver Boost within your school/organisation
- Endorsing the programme – Sharing your experience/views of the programme
- Sponsoring elements of the programme
- Becoming an ambassador for Boost – helping us tell others
- Helping young people access the Boost programme outside of mainstream education
Our programme values are:
Trustworthy: We are truly authentic – open, honest, impartial, confidential, transparent, accountable and independent.
Inspiring: We listen, understand, guide and empower young people so that they better understand themselves.
Inclusive: We work with young people from all backgrounds and opportunity rather than delivering to them. We also work collaboratively with partners including the public, voluntary and community sector, schools and parents.
Flexible: Our programme acknowledges and builds on good work already done. It accepts that all young people are different and is adjusted for different needs and audiences.
Caring: We care deeply about our young people, and want to help them build foundations for their best and brightest future.
Supported by our people: We are a passionate team of professional experts from many walks of life who really care about the future of our local young people.
